Pharmacy Weight Loss Havercroft is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating from Havercroft, UK. We provide weight loss consultations, prescriptions, and dispensing services in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.

Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medication.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a prescription is declined following your consultation, you will receive a full refund of any medication cost. Consultation fees, where charged, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist sign-off. Delivery is to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
Medications must be stored as instructed. We are not liable for any damage caused by improper storage following delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of medication due to UK medicines regulations.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or specialist care. We strongly recommend you inform your GP of any treatment you receive through our clinic.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You must read all patient information leaflets provided with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical advice immediately.
We do not accept liability for any harm arising from the provision of inaccurate information during your consultation.
We handle your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
